Library Services

All Library materials are available to borrow in The Learning Center. Loan periods vary depending on whether you are a student, faculty/staff member, or community patron.

Borrowing Limits

• Maximum of 15 items at one time

• Maximum of 5 items on a single subject at one time

• Students and faculty/staff may also use Interlibrary Loan services. There are no limits on Interlibrary Loan items.

Books - Physical

• Students: 28 days; automatically renewed up to 112 days total

• Faculty/Staff: 28 days; automatically renewed up to 196 days total

• Community Patrons: 28 days; automatically renewed up to 112 days total

Course Reserve Materials

• Students: 2 hours or 7 days, depending on availability

• Community Patrons: Non-circulating

CDs and DVDs

• All groups: 14 days; no renewals

Semester-long Laptops and Hotspots

• Students: Semester-long loan; no renewals (approval required by Success Advisor)

• Faculty/Staff: By arrangement with circulation staff

• Community Patrons: Non-circulating

Headphones and Calculators

• All groups: 1 day loan; no renewals

Software

• Students: 7 days; 1 renewal for 7 days

• Faculty/Staff: 7 days; 1 renewal for 7 days

• Community Patrons: Non-circulating
