How to Get Research Help at LLCC Library

Students seeking research assistance have several options available to them.

  • Walk-in research help is available Monday through Friday from 9:00 am - 2:30 pm. Help is also available over the phone anytime during these hours by calling 217-786-2352. 
  • Virtual & in-person research appointments can be made by contacting one of the librarians via email.
  • Additional help is available 24/7 through a live chat feature on this page, the library’s homepage, and in the LLCC Library Search & Discover interface.
