Resources for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder

Through TalkSpace, LLCC students can access free, monthly 30-minute live (synchronous) video sessions and free unlimited text, voice and video therapy messaging with a Talkspace therapist. Students have the ability to choose therapists based on a variety of needs/interests. Talkspace also has resources about common diagnoses, coping mechanisms and exercises such as “Overcoming Worry.” To get started, students should check their LLCC email or go to Canvas for the keyword.
