"No Title for Tracey"

The documentary shares the story of Tracey Meares being denied the title of class valedictorian because of her race even though she held the highest grade point average at Springfield High School in 1984. LLCC faculty, staff and students are invited to watch this 50-minute documentary and join in the discussion led by Dr. Nicki Florence and Maria Ansely.

Uncover hidden clues while expanding your knowledge of Black history. Registration requested, each session is limited to 12 participants. The participants will work together to uncover the mystery and will be given 1 hour to complete the challenge. The team who “Escapes” the fastest will win a prize!
